Pricing ranges from $400* for a daytime event in the Roof Garden, to the rental of the entire facility in the evening for $2,200.

Max capacity for the Roof Garden is 70 persons, up to 200 persons for the Entire Facility including the Arbor and Roof Garden.

*The Roof Garden daytime event booking requires a minimum food and beverage purchase of $400.00, from the Special
Events menu. There is no other fee to book the Roof Garden during daytime hours. Events can be booked as early as 7:30am.
The Roof Garden, a restored historical facility, is not accessible to those individuals unable to negotiate stairs.
