 1 ½ cups - San Antonio River Mill Brand® Country Style Biscuit Mix
 ¾ cup - butter (1 1/2 sticks)
 2 cups - old-fashioned oats
 1 tsp - vanilla extract
 1 cup - chocolate chips, semi-sweet
 1 cup - pecans, chopped
 ¼ cup - water
 ¼ cup - sugar, granulated
 ½ cup - raisins
 ½ cup - brown sugar, packed
 1 each - egg, large, lightly beaten

Preheat standard oven to 300°F.

Beat butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl.

Add egg, vanilla and water until well blended.

Gradually add biscuit mix until dry mix is moistened.

Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and raisins until completely incorporated; scrape bowl.

Drop by heaping teaspoons on un-greased cookie sheets; placing 2” apart.

Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are browned.

Cool slightly on pan, remove to wire rack and cool completely.
